Owners, Justine and Ian Barker are actively involved in the rugby community hosting many leadership events for community and there business networks with All Blacks Sir Michael Jones, Tana Umaga, Ma'a Nonu and Andrew Blowers. BPS also proudly sponsors Shepparton Rugby Club, Melbourne Brothers Rugby Academy and will also sponsor Northern Panthers Rugby Union club  in 2025. Giving back to community is important to Justine and Ian.
