Registration & Membership

 A few things to note about 2022 registrations:

• All registration must be entered through Rugby Xplorer.  Instructions for registering with the club can be found here.
• If you registered and paid a full playing membership in 2021 a credit will be applied to your Rugby Xplorer account.  Your credit will be automatically applied in the Rugby Xplorer system for any registration and should be visible in the 'My Credits' tab or at the 'Registration Summary' section.  If it is not visible please contact the Club here.
• The Committee has committed to keep the club portion of the fees the same as 2021 as possible, however due to an increase in the insurance component, which is set at the national level, there may be a slight increase for some grades.
• If you are seeing an increase of fees which is greater than $15 this is likely because your child has progressed through the age groups and now is part of a higher fee bracket.
• Shorts and socks may be purchased through the Rugby Xplorer registration process. Jerseys will be provided by the club each week.  Additional merchandise may be purchased here.
• To make rugby affordable for larger families the club has capped the club fee component at 3 junior players.  If you are registering 4 or more junior players you will only pay the insurance and affiliate fees.  The club fee component will be waived.  Please contact the club here prior to registering if this applies to you.
• We are aware that there may be some members in our community who are experiencing financial hardship due to Covid-19.  If you are experiencing hardship you may be eligible for a Get Active Kids Voucher.  Read more here. 

Fees for 2022 are as follows:

• Under 5 - 7 years $130
• Under 8 - 10 years $165
• Under 11 - 18 years $215
• Girls Touch 7's $150
• Colts U20s $200
• Seniors $275 (include Players Polo)
• Masters $250
• Social Membership $50 (includes club polo)
• Training Only - Juniors $15, Seniors $25
