The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Southern Districts Rugby Club Inc. will be held virtually on Thursday 28th October, at 7:00pm via Zoom.
Meeting details, including the URL, Meeting ID and Passcode will be emailed to all registered members approximately 1 week prior to the AGM date.
Nominations for Committee positions are now being accepted and can be submitted either by using the online form, or by emailing the Secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org, using the
attached PDF form.
Nominations should be submitted at least 1 week prior to the meeting (Thursday 21st October 2021).
***Appointment of Proxy Forms must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.***
Due to Covid-19 restrictions Committee Nomination and Appointment of Proxy forms will not be able to be accepted by post this year.
